8.00am - 8.00pm: Arrivals, welcome drinks and hotel transfers.

Monday November 30th

8.00am - 8.00pm: Arrivals, welcome drinks and hotel transfers.

8.00am - 5.30pm: Training sessions at Caanan/Bon Accord Sports Ground.

Tuesday December 1st

8.00am - 8.00pm: Arrivals, welcome drinks and hotel transfers.

8.00am - 5.30pm: Training g sessions at Canaan/Bon Accord Sports Ground.

Wednesday December 2nd

8.00am - 1.30pm: Gavin Clark TIRST Memorial Charity Golf Tournament and Prize Giving Luncheon at Plantations Golf Club.

8.00am - 5.00pm: Arrivals, welcome drinks and hotel transfers.

8.00am - 5.30pm: Training sessions at Canaan/Bon Accord Sports Ground.

6.00pm - 10.00pm: Welcome Party (Drinks Specials) at the poolside, Crown Point Beach Hotel.

Thursday December 3rd

8.00am - 11.30am: Training sessions at Canaan/Bon Accord Sports Ground.

12.30pm - 4.30pm: Goat Racing at Buccoo Integrated Facility.

5.30pm - 6.00pm: Managers, Coaches, Captains and Referees Meeting at the outdoor area below the pool bar, Crown Point Beach Hotel.

Friday December 4th

8.00am - 5.30pm: TIRST 2026 Day One at Dwight Yoke Stadium.

Saturday December 5th

8.00am - 5.30pm: TIRST 2026 Day Two, Dwight Yorke Stadium.

8.30pm - 12.00 Midnight: Prize-Giving Ceremony and After-Party at The Shade Nightclub.

Sunday December 6th

8.00am - 10.00pm: Sightseeing and airport/seaport transfers.

11.30am - 1.30pm: Dip's Hot Dogs and Carib Beer Beach Bash at Store Bay.

Monday December 7th

8.00am - 10.00pm: Sightseeing and airport/seaport transfers.
